Digital products

All products sold on this site (such as meal plans, e-books, and other digital downloads) are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital products are final, and we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

If something went wrong

If you did not receive your download link, cannot access your purchase, or the file is damaged or materially different from what was described, please contact us (see the Contact page) within 14 days of your purchase and we will make it right — by re-sending the product, fixing the issue, or issuing a refund where appropriate.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription (for example, a paid newsletter or membership), you can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period, and no further charges will be made after cancellation.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under the law of your jurisdiction. Where applicable law grants you a right of withdrawal or refund, we honor it.
